Services Provided
Telehealth Only. Sessions are offered exclusively via secure telehealth platform for adults residing in Ohio*
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: 53 minute session where we discuss your presenting concerns and work towards your individualized therapy goals. Session frequency is discussed collaboratively but is ultimately decided by you (given provider availability).
ADHD ASSESSMENTS: Four 53-minute sessions used to determine presence of ADHD symptoms, their impact, and resource review (if applicable). Given that others sometimes see things about us that we cannot, to complete an ADHD assessment, please note there is necessary information that must be gathered from someone who has known you for some time. This can be a parent, long-time friend, family member etc. All sessions must be completed in order for a result to be provided. If results come back “inconclusive”, referrals for more in-depth psychological testing can be made.**
Coming soon: Couple’s therapy / Group therapy for young adults, aged 18-24, aspiring to pursue mental wellness into adulthood.
Please continue to check back for new services as I am continuously working to support client concerns in evidence-based, yet, innovative ways.
*If you do not see your state listed, please check back as I may be working to provide services in your state.
**If you are interested in an ADHD assessment AND individual therapy, the assessment must be completed prior to individual therapy sessions.
I understand that building a therapeutic relationship can be challenging. It involves vulnerability, exposing yourself to new ways of thinking, feeling, and reacting, and navigating life. I encourage my clients to bring your questions, curiosity, pessimism, optimism, fear, bravery, and anything else that follows you through this process. Humor, authenticity, patience, and an individualized treatment space are just a few of the ways I work to provide a warm, safe therapeutic space.
My ideal clients are adults over 18 years old who:
Seek identify affirming care (i.e., BIPOC, LGBT+)
Question presence of ADHD symptoms and/or diagnosis
Are learning to heal from trauma, no matter the type or how long ago it happened
Are aiming to break generational cycles
Question if their emotional responses are appropriate for the situations at hand
Want to gain pride/confidence in who they are
Are learning to adjust after major life changes
Are wanting stronger/healthier relationships with themselves or others
Are children of emotionally immature or mentally unsound parents
Have desire to break "people pleasing" or self-sacrificing patterns
Are working to learn and establish boundaries
Are working to create a new outlook on the future while processing the past
Are processing identity changes related to transitions, loss, etc.
Are new to counseling or have experienced harmful counseling/therapeutic relationships
Please rest assured this is not an exhaustive list of concerns I support. If you are wondering if I am the right therapist for you, you are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and assess our therapeutic fit.

Insurance
Accepted insurances include:
Please note that coverage varies based on your specific plan. It is the client’s responsibility to verify your benefits and confirm your telehealth mental health coverage before your first appointment. Your payment will depend on your plan’s benefits, which may include a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. Any fees not covered by insurance are the client’s responsibility.
If you do not see your insurance listed, check back often as I may be in the process of becoming credentialed with that provider. Please reach out to confirm my current status with your insurance provider/plan or explore out of network options.
OUT-OF-NETWORK CLIENTS
If I do not accept your insurance, you may still choose to work with me as an out-of-network provider. If you prefer this option, you may request a superbill after each session to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Please verify with your insurance provider that this is an option prior to scheduling.
SELF-PAY CLIENT
Self-pay is an option for those who do not have insurance or do not wish to bill insurance. Under federal law, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care before services begin. This estimate outlines anticipated fees of desired services.
